Our client had recently merged with a larger organisation and had
been nurturing a group of leaders with high potential whose futures
had become very unclear. We were asked to deliver a personal change
programme that would speed up the effective integration of the high
flyers into the new organisation.
We designed a workshop during which the group created a charter
for personal change, and culminating in a presentation by the group
to their new senior managers. We helped them achieve this through
skills inputs, detailed personal feedback, and setting up meetings
with others who had gone through change.
By the end of an intimate and challenging workshop all the participants
felt that they had moved on, were feeling more confident and in
control of their individual circumstances.
