Nicki
Swan specialises in the design and delivery of management development,
leadership and personal excellence programmes, design and implementation
of performance management processes and individual and team coaching.
Her career as an HR practitioner spans 20 years within professional
services where she has provided both strategic and operational direction
on a variety of people initiatives to senior management and external
clients in a variety of industry groups.
Nicki’s results-oriented, energetic, people focused approach
continuously ensures that practical solutions are implemented to
meet the specific needs of the business, resulting in increased
motivation and retention.
She thoroughly enjoys engaging with her clients to understand their
specific needs and has a strong track record in managing complex
people issues in a sensitive and supportive manner, whilst reflecting
the commercial challenges of her clients’ business.
Since starting work as a Consultant in 2003, Nicki has enjoyed working
with a variety of clients from different industry sectors. Clients
include Ernst & Young, The Maersk Group, Hargreaves Lansdown
Stockbrokers, Comic Relief, SHL, Altis Leisure, Microsoft, Exeter
Housing Association as well as various owner managed businesses.
Nicki also provides voluntary HR support to charities as a trained
counsellor and mentor.
