Natalie
spent the first 10 years of her career working at Procter &
Gamble. This included 7 years in Sales Management followed by 3
years as Senior HR Manager. Natalie's experience includes: strategy
development and deployment; influencing and coaching all management
levels including executive business leaders to instigate change;
facilitating culture change to deliver better business results;
leading people and organisational systems (including ratings, assignment
planning and, team effectiveness); training a variety of development
programmes at all levels of the business and; managing key client
relationships.
Natalie has worked independently since 2005 on a variety of client
projects as a consultant, trainer, coach and facilitator. Two examples
are: training all levels of management on improving their people
management skills and; a 'values programme' integrating 5 countries
under one corporate umbrella. This included training on how values
linked to the business strategy; identifying values; developing
a competency framework and; recommending strategies to improve business
results.
Natalie brings energy, commitment and a passion for helping people
to find their potential which combined with her commercial experience,
ensures a focus on delivering results. She has a detailed history
of achieving results through others as both a line manager and through
organisational interventions. Natalie has a certificate in business
NLP and is currently training for a postgraduate diploma in Psychosynthesis
counselling. This ensures an ongoing investment into learning about
helping people to meet their potential, which she strives to integrate
into her client work.
