Martin
Codrington is a consultant in Organisational Development, Leadership
and Personal Change. His background includes over 30 years experience
as a trainer, line manager and, for the last 20 years, a self-employed
consultant. He has a track record of working with people at all
levels in organisations helping them to achieve their own and organisational
goals.
Some examples of his work are:
Delivering Change Leadership workshops for executives in a number
of organisations in the UK and Internationally, which included follow
up coaching sessions to help consolidate the changes. This on-going
work is based on empirical research into what makes top quartile
leaders in today’s world of work.
Working with a Supply Chain Director and his new team as they identified
values and behaviours for their organisation.
Designing and delivering a change programme that involved working
with the top team and all other layers of management, supervision
and shop floor personnel.
Design and delivery of coaching skills workshops and individual
coaching.
Martin’s clients include, Ernst & Young, Herbert Smith,
British Gypsum, BAE Systems, Castrol [UK], GNER, AWE, Teradyne Inc.
and The Maersk Organisation.
