Kim
Harvey is an experienced Leadership Development Consultant with
over 18 years experience in the private and public sectors.
Her career has allowed her to work at a Strategic level coaching
Senior Leaders, facilitating goal setting and visioning meetings
and at an operational level, delivering leadership and personal
development programmes.
Kim combines enthusiasm and energy with pragmatism, and has a strong
track record of delivering learning and development interventions
that meet the client’s business objectives. She works closely
with clients ensuring that programmes of learning, offer real value
for money and raise the skill levels of participants.
In 2002, Kim set up HARVEY-LATHAM LTD, and specialises in designing
and delivering bespoke programmes in Leadership Development and
Change Management to a number of clients in the private and public
sectors. She is an NLP practitioner.
In addition to designing and delivering Leadership and Change Management
programmes, assignments have included the development of a 360 behavioural
assessment tool, coaching leaders, competency development and training
in personal effectiveness.
Among Kim’s clients are GE Commercial Finance, National Blood
Service, Bond Pearce LLP, Vodafone, Legal & General, Southwark
council, Gloucestershire Police Constabulary and Ernst and Young.
